These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dazzora website (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us, online or in store. "Dazzora", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of this store. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Using the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its security or operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use automated tools to copy or scrape its content.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Products and descriptions

We take care to describe and photograph our jewellery accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and plated finishes, stones and handcrafted details can vary slightly from piece to piece. Sizes and measurements are approximate.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you an email confirming it has been dispatched (or, for in-store purchases, when payment is completed). We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, including where:

• an item is out of stock;
• there is an obvious error in the price or description of a product;
• we suspect fraud or an unauthorised transaction; or
• we are unable to deliver to the address provided.

If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund the amount paid to your original payment method.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

6. Promotions, discount codes and gift cards

Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated conditions, may be limited in time or quantity, cannot be exchanged for cash and, unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers. We may withdraw a promotion at any time, but this will not affect orders already accepted.

Gift cards are redeemable for products on the Site and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Please keep your gift card code safe, as we cannot replace lost or stolen codes.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery options, costs and estimated timeframes are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery times are estimates only. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery, and ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full. Please make sure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.

8. Returns, exchanges and faulty items

Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are handled under our Returns & Exchanges policy. For hygiene reasons, earrings and piercing jewellery cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty, not as described or not of acceptable quality. Please contact us with your order number and photos if you receive a faulty or incorrect item.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including images, product photography, text, graphics, logos and designs, is owned by or licensed to Dazzora and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

10. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit reviews, photos, comments or other content, you confirm it is your own, is accurate and does not infringe anyone's rights or contain anything unlawful or offensive. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our business. We may remove any content at our discretion.

11. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services (such as payment providers and carriers). We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

12. Limitation of liability

Subject to section 1 and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products, and our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for the relevant products. Where our liability for failing to comply with a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited (at our option) to replacing or repairing the goods, or paying the cost of doing so.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy .

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and will apply to orders placed after that date.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
